Practice: Kate’s practice is focused primarily on representing individuals and businesses in federal and state civil tax controversy matters. Her representation relates to representation before the IRS in all stages of civil tax controversies, from audit examination, appeals, complex collection representation, penalty matters, refunds, liens and levies, trust fund recovery controversies, and civil and criminal litigation against the IRS.
